Prices are inclusive of VAT 24% The deposit is 50€, paid when booking and deducted from the final invoice. The deposit is non-refundable if the Client cancels the photo shoot. In the event of Client illness it is possible to reschedule the shoot, in the event of Photographer illness either rescheduling or canceling is possible.

Lightly edited proofs will be sent to the Client within one week of the photo shoot, after which the Client has one week to select the photos they would like to purchase. The Photographer then sends the final invoice and edits the selected photos carefully. The edited photos will appear in their own gallery within two weeks after the selection and when the invoice has been paid. In the case of event photography there will be no proofs, but the Client will receive all the photos (chosen by the photographer) lightly edited when the final invoice has been paid or within 3 weeks after the event.

The photos will be edited with the Photographer’s own style, temporary blemishes like pimples will be edited out but no other appearance altering editing will be done unless specifically asked for by the Client.

The photos will be in digital form in an online gallery, from where the Client can download them for their own use. The photo gallery will stay open for 6 months, after which the link will expire. After this time the Photographer is not obliged to store the photos.

The photos are JPG files, RAW files are never given to the Client.

The photos are for personal use only and they do not have commercial rights without a separate contract. The copyright of all photos remains with the Photographer, as does the right to use them in their own portfolio or in industry competitions unless otherwise agreed. Underage children are always discussed separately.

By paying the deposit, the Client agrees to the above terms.

Varausmaksu on 50€, se maksetaan varauksen yhteydessä ja hyvitetään loppusummasta. Varausmaksua ei palauteta jos Asiakas peruu kuvauksen. Asiakkaan sairastapauksessa kuvaus on mahdollista siirtää, Kuvaajan sairastuessa joko siirto tai peruutus on mahdollinen.

Kevyesti käsitelty koevedosgalleria lähetetään Asiakkaalle viikon kuluessa kuvauksesta, jonka jälkeen asiakkaalla on viikko aikaa valita haluamansa kuvat. Kuvaaja lähettää Asiakkaalle lopullisen laskun ja käsittelee valitut kuvat huolellisesti. Kuvat ilmestyvät omaan galleriaansa kahden viikon kuluessa valinnasta ja kun lasku on maksettu. Tapahtumakuvauksissa ei lähetetä koevedoksia, vaan Asiakas saa kaikki (Valokuvaajan valitsemat) kuvat kevyesti käsiteltyinä kun lasku on maksettu tai viimeistään 3 viikon kuluttua tapahtumasta.

Valokuvat käsitellään Valokuvaajan omalla tyylillä, väliaikaiset ihon ongelmat, kuten finnit, käsitellään pois mutta muuta ulkonäköä muuttavaa käsittelyä ei tehdä ellei Asiakas sitä nimenomaan toivo.

Kuvat luovutetaan digitiedostoina nettigalleriassa, josta Asiakas voi ladata kuvat omaan käyttöönsä. Kuvat säilyvät galleriassa 6kk, jonka jälkeen linkki sulkeutuu. Tämän ajan jälkeen Kuvaaja ei ole velvoitettu säilyttämään kuvia.

Kuvat ovat JPG-tiedostoja, RAW-tiedostoja ei koskaan luovuteta Asiakkaalle.
Kuvat luovutetaan yksityiskäyttöön ja niillä ei ole kaupallista käyttöoikeutta ilman erillistä sopimusta.
Tekijänoikeus säilyy kuvaajalla, kuten myös oikeus käyttää kuvia omassa portfoliossaan ja alan kilpailuissa ellei toisin sovita. Alaikäisten lasten osalta sovitaan aina erikseen.

Maksamalla varausmaksun Asiakas hyväksyy yllämainitut ehdot.
